Hebron High School Percussion Concert DVD/CD

Don't miss your chance to get a copy of the Hebron Band Booster Parent Video Crew's most ambitious production yet.  See the performance like you've never seen before!  In addition to the CD quality sound recording courtesy of Creek Valley Director Mr. Weaver, this year's DVD will benefit from 7 unique camera angles.  Beyond three traditional views from the audience, this year's DVD will also mix views from the stage and spotlight locations above the audience and to the auditorium sides.
Remember, this production is an all volunteer effort and all proceeds go to the Hebron Percussion cluster. The DVD is $35, the CD only is $15 and both are $40. If you would like to purchase a DVD/CD – send an email to Terrie Ott (Terrie.Ott@gmail.com).  Please provide your child’s name, which school your child attends, and what and how many you want to order.  We will arrange for distribution when the production is complete.  They make GREAT Grandparent gifts!!!!

After you email your order to Terrie,  your checks should be made out to Hebron Band Booster Club and then mailed to:

Hebron High School Percussion Section Competes in International Marching Festival

The Percussion section competed in the Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC) Marching Festival competition in Austin, Texas on November 7, 2008. Their show was called The Factory. The Hebron Percussion Ensemble placed 6th in their first time to participate in this annual event. The festival was open to high school and college students and drum lines and includes individual competition on snare, tenor, keyboard, and timpani, as well as marching, standstill and small ensemble categories. While attending the convention the Hebron Percussionists also had the opportunity to attend clinics and concerts in all areas of percussion.

Kings Ridge Community National Night Out

The Drumline again participated in the annual National Night Out parade in the Kings Ridge community on Tuesday, October 7th.  It was a nice change from marching in the August heat as in years past.  We raised a few hundred dollars along the way!  Thank you to all the parents who helped transport the instruments and the kids.  Big thanks to our 3 lovely Front Ensemble members who also participated by soliciting donations from the neighborhood.  Special thanks to Mrs. Francis who graciously carried the King’s Ridge parade sign in the front of the entire parade!

Great Job everyone!
