PoinsettiaFundraiser
We are officially kicking off the Hebron Band Poinsettia Fundraiser. As in past years, this fundraiser has proven to be very successful in aiding in the Band's fundraising activities. These are BEAUTIFUL poinsettia plants that come in 6-inch pots and have proven to be of great quality. We encourage you to sell to businesses, neighbors and friends, or consider giving them as gifts for the holidays. They are also perfect holiday décor for your home. They can be planted outside - and in previous summers have even survived the Texas heat!
Important Things to Know:
- Poinsettia Order Form (pdf)
- We are asking each student to sell a minimum of 12 poinsettias.
- If a student chooses to buy-out, the buy-out fee is $50.
- When completing the form, please make sure that all information on the form is collected.
- Student's name should be printed on the order form.
- Money should be collected and turned in with order forms. Order forms submitted without money will not be accepted.
- Please make checks payable to the Hebron Band Booster Club or (HBBC).
- Checks may be mailed to HBBC, P.O. Box 116107, Carrollton, TX 75011-6107. Please be sure to include your student's name in the memo section of the check so that your student receives the fundraising credit!
- Money and Order Forms are due no later than Friday, November 4th (no exceptions).
DELIVERY DATE: Poinsettias will be delivered to Hebron HS on Thursday, Dec. 1st.
PICK-UP TIME/LOCATION: 12:00 - 6:00 PM in the auditorium foyer. You MUST pick up your poinsettias no later than 6 PM. The plants cannot be stored at the school over the weekend.
Section Parents will be sending this information along with reminders throughout the event.
